Ballard Clinic is in-network with most HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna plans. We recommend you confirm your mental health and assessment coverage directly with your insurance company by calling the number on the back of your card.
Ballard Clinic is out-of-network with all other insurance plans. You may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of the cost of services through out-of-network benefits. In order to determine your specific reimbursement, you can call your insurance company and ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
