We currently have openings for the following positions:

Ph.D. or Psy.D. professionals looking for a postdoctoral fellowship for gaining licensure. Two hours of direct one-on-one supervision per week with experienced licensed psychologists. In addition, weekly group consultation with our team of professionals. Services could be provided at either the Edina and/or Wayzata locations.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Full-time. Pre-licensed mental health professionals working toward licensure and needing supervised hours, with experience providing a variety of therapy modalities with children, adolescents, young adults, couples and/or families. Must have knowledge and experience with cognitive behavioral approaches. Services could be provided at either the Edina and/or Wayzata locations.

Pre-licensed Provider

Full-time or Part-time. Licensed psychologists (LP) or licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC) who have experience providing a variety of therapy modalities with children, adolescents, young adults, couples and/or families. Must have knowledge and experience with cognitive behavioral approaches. Services could be provided at either the Edina and/or Wayzata locations.

Licensed Provider

Licensed child/adolescent psychologist (LP) or neuropsychologist who has experience providing comprehensive evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, speech/language concerns, and/or ASD. Assessments take place at the Wayzata location only.

  • This position is a W2 employee role, meaning compensation is structured with employer-covered tax contributions (e.g., State, Federal, Medicare, Social Security, and MinnesotaCare taxes) and access to employee benefits, rather than independent contractor status.
  • Clinicians receive consistent pay that is not dependent on client payments. Unlike independent contractors or certain commission-based W-2 roles, compensation is not tied to collections - ensuring financial stability and reliability.
  • We’re committed to doing things thoughtfully and in alignment with federal and state employment guidelines, and have intentionally designed this role to reflect appropriate employment classification for full-time clinical work.
*At the same time, this structure doesn’t take away from what clinicians value most—you’ll still enjoy a high degree of schedule flexibility, autonomy, and the supportive culture of a small group practice.
