Find a Therapist ⭢
At Ballard Clinic, we work one-on-one with children, adolescents, and young adults to understand their unique needs, uncover the root causes of their concerns, and find ways to alleviate their symptoms.
Group therapy connects individuals facing similar challenges, creating a supportive community where participants share experiences and gain valuable insights. This collaborative environment reduces feelings of isolation by fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.
This group is an affirming, non-judgmental space for queer and gender expansive individuals to come together to process experiences unique to their community. With therapist Erika Nelson, MA, LPCC facilitating, group members are able to explore and process topics unique to the LGBTQIA+ community. Topics may include (but are not limited to): gender or sexuality exploration, navigating interpersonal relationships, how to cope with stigmas, coming out, transitioning, identity expression, and being an advocate for yourself and your community.
