I am an empathetic person that brings a relaxed and fun style to therapy. I connect with
clients using humor, interactive activities and compassion. I use a client-centered
therapeutic approach and incorporate evidence-based techniques to help my clients.
I work with my clients to tailor treatment plans for their individual needs, but I often practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

I grew up in Minnesota and currently reside on the western side of the cities with my
husband and two kids. In my free time, I enjoy going on a walk with my mini golden
doodle, participating in local community theater, and attending my children’s many
activities.
