I take a humanistic and person-centered approach to therapy and I thoroughly enjoy getting to know each person and their unique life journey. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy, and I tailor my approach to each person’s needs.I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, depression, panic, difficult life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and low self-esteem. My therapeutic style is authentic, nonjudgmental, and laid back. I believe that each person has the potential within to make the changes they need to live their most fulfilled life. My hope is to create a safe space for clients to explore, heal, and tell their story.
In my free time, you can find me spending time outside, reading, enjoying quality time with friends and family, exploring new places with my partner, and walking my pitbull mix, Oakley, and golden retriever, Odin.
