As a therapist, I am curious, engaged, and thoughtful. I also like to bring a bit of fun into the process! I’m confident in treating anxiety, depression, and OCD, and supporting people through life changes big and small. Lately, I’ve been especially interested in developing a deeper understanding of neurodiversity in all it’s forms-- ADHD, autism, giftedness, twice-exceptionality, and more. I’ve also been engaged in finding new and different ways of affirming and supporting neurodiverse clients.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m the same person! I love reading fiction and psychology books, moving my body, and hanging out with my family. Oh, and drinking coffee. I really love drinking coffee.

  • I’ve worked hard to understand what my body and mind need to thrive, and I’m passionate about helping others discover and achieve the same for themselves.
  • My playful side comes out when I get to adapt a lesson plan to my young clients’ needs and interests. I love using my imagination!
  • I thoroughly enjoy working with teens and young adults as they explore their identities and make their way in the world.
  • I have obtained my Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology so I can keep seeing clients when they go off to school in PSYPACT participating states.
