I’m a warm and direct person who values making genuine connections. I approach working with clients thoughtfully and attentively, aiming to understand each person’s unique experiences. With extensive training in research-supported methods for managing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and neurodevelopmental disorders like ASD and ADHD, I tailor my approach to make sure each client feels truly understood.
Having lived in seven states and spent time abroad, I’ve gained an appreciation for the many ways people live. Right now, I live in the west metro with my husband, two young kids, and two fish. I start each day with an espresso and feel my best when I’m outside, moving my body, blasting music, or spending time with the people I love.
