With enthusiasm and dedication, I strive to help clients achieve their personal goals. I focus first and foremost on building a supportive, accepting therapeutic relationship. My attentive, down-to-earth, and playful style creates a comfortable place for clients to learn about themselves and gain new perspectives.

I am originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin so I will always be a Packer fan at heart! I currently reside just west of Minneapolis with my husband and three sons. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks around the nearby lakes with my rescue pup, watching one of my children’s many sporting events, or spending an evening at Allianz Stadium cheering on the Minnesota Loons!

Back to all Therapists

  • As more of an introvert, I’ve learned to develop my superpower of listening and observing. I use this ability to help my clients identify patterns of behaviors that get in the way of leading the life they want to live.
  • I’m a curious person who genuinely enjoys getting to know my clients and learning their life stories.
  • One of my favorite things about being a therapist is watching my clients develop from children into teenagers, young adults, and then adults who are continuing to evolve and work through life’s challenges.
