I use an existential and person-centered approach when working with clients, prioritizing individualized care and personal agency. I strive to create a safe, brave, and affirming space to help my clients to grow and develop. I have experience working with children and college students, and have worked with clients struggling with an array of concerns including anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and identity development.
I am originally from Alaska and came to Minnesota to play ice hockey as a goaltender for Shattuck-St. Mary's School and then the University of St. Thomas. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to Twins games, getting boba with friends, and watching TV with my cat, Jazarah!
