My goal is to empower you to better understand yourself and find joy in your daily life.
When I’m not in session, you can find me attending concerts, reading, watching movies, or hiking with my dogs. To re energize and connect most deeply with myself, I love crafting, volunteering with horses, and enjoying time at the beach.
