I offer my clients a warm, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic relationship. My approach is both grounded and skill-focused, designed to help clients transform their inner dialogue, develop adaptive coping strategies, and align actions with values to create a more meaningful life.
I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and specific phobias. I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My goal is to empower people to better understand themselves and find joy in their daily lives.
I’m originally from Wisconsin, but I’ve called Minneapolis home for the past seven years. When I’m not in session, you can find me doing yoga, attending concerts, or hiking with my dogs. I’m also passionate about crafting, volunteering with horses, and enjoying time at the beach.
