I’m here to help my clients better understand what doesn’t feel good in their lives, and how to make it feel better. I work with children, teens, parents, and adults to strengthen their sense of self and family relationships. In my practice, I often use education about child and human development, mental health, and building relationships to help my clients reach their goals. I get to know each client through talking, games, books, activities, art, fidgets, body movement, mindfulness, and/or toys. Everything is individualized to meet each person’s needs and goals, and we’ll work together to decide on the best approach to help you and your child.
There are two reasons I love living in Minnesota: my family and the plentiful natural beauty. I like to enjoy the four seasons with my family and my kids’ activities. My family is multicultural, interfaith, and includes people in the LGBTQIA+ community.
