I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel understood and supported. My approach is person-centered, meaning I focus on building meaningful connections and tailor my approach to fit each individual’s needs. I use evidence-based techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral-inspired treatment (DBT), to help manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and more, while empowering clients to navigate their relationships, school concerns, and stress.

Originally from Minnesota, I love exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, spending quality time with friends, and relaxing with my cat, Zero. You can often find me unwinding with TikTok or indulging in my favorite comfort foods. I believe in balancing work with fun and self-care, which is something I always encourage my clients to do as well.

  • I am passionate about providing a safe space for minority groups, including people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, and immigrants, offering understanding and empathy in every session.
