I use evidence-based techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral-inspired treatment (DBT), to help manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and more, while empowering clients to navigate their relationships, school concerns, and stress.
Originally from Minnesota, I love exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, spending quality time with friends, and relaxing with my cat, Zero. You can often find me unwinding with TikTok or indulging in my favorite comfort foods.
