I’m a natural encourager, and I aim to build trust with my clients. I’m passionate about
helping them make positive changes when life gets tough. I’ve been told I create a supportive space where teens, young adults, and adults can tackle their challenges and focus on improving their well-being and relationships. I especially enjoy supporting those who are having a tough time with self-esteem and confidence.

I am a proud mother to four grown children — two daughters and twin sons. And I am thrilled to be a grandma to my first grandson, Teddy! Spending time with my family and friends is what brings joy to my life. My happy place is being on or near water and my cozy place is when I am at home with Deacon, my English lab.

  • I really enjoy working with teenagers and young adults! If you are dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, school pressures, identity questions, or relationship issues, I’m here to create a comfortable environment for you to open up. Together, we will come up with some strategies to help you thrive.

  • I also focus on helping individuals, couples, and families dealing with divorce. I’ve been through it myself, and I can relate! I create a supportive space for healing and finding hope as you go through this challenging journey.

  • I think we’re all in a better place when we have good relationships with ourselves and the people around us. So, whether it's about parenting, marriage, dating, or friendships, I will work with you to build healthier connections together.
