I believe that genuine connection is at the core of being and healing. My work is centered around facilitating a strong foundational relationship with each client and their family. In our work together, you can expect collaboration, curiosity, and celebration of your individuality.
I utilize a strengths-based, integrative approach, drawing on concepts and interventions from evidence-based practices like CBT, while adapting to a client’s unique needs, abilities, and world view.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages (elementary to college-aged) to effectively address emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relational challenges. When I am not at work, you might find me gardening, fishing, cooking, walking my pup, Boston, or spending time with friends and family outside.

  • I am especially passionate about the role of advocacy in therapy, whether that means collaborating with a parent, teacher, or another provider to help an individual succeed across settings.
  • Being invited into someone’s story is something I hold with gratitude. While we are accessing parts that are under construction, I believe there are always opportunities for connection, playfulness and joy in the therapy space.
  • I love to spend time trying new recipes with produce from my garden! Therapy can be a lot like gardening, I believe it is important to effectively address and care for both the root and the fruit of the presenting concern.
