I'm dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients. My warmth, humor, and authenticity help build positive therapeutic relationships so that my clients can build their confidence and feel empowered to reach their goals. I also utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist those who may be struggling with concerns related to trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, identity development, self-esteem, and social and behavioral skills.

I have had the pleasure of living in many different cities, including New York City and Boston, and loved learning the uniqueness of different cultures and individuals. I'm happy to be back in my home state now and currently live in the east metro with my husband, two young kids, and my beagle, Cooper. In my free time, I’m exploring new foods and restaurants, traveling, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Back to all Therapists

  • I’ve been passionate about mental health since high school, when I witnessed family and friends endure their own mental health challenges. I have always wanted to do something in the field, especially with children, teens, and young adults.
  • I find immense joy in laughter and play, and its power to connect people, and I try to bring this into the therapy sessions.
