I strive to create a welcoming environment where children, teens, and families feel comfortable and supported. My warm, compassionate, and authentic style helps me meet clients where they are at while encouraging them to meet their goals. Building strong connections with clients and their families is especially meaningful to me, and I believe care works best as a team effort. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a special focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and tic disorders.

Originally from Minnesota, I love spending time outdoors—especially hiking and running during the summer and fall months. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, reading, traveling, and being with family and friends.
