I'm excited to get to know each client and their family. I lead with play, humor, and authenticity to build connection and understand each person’s strengths and challenges. I enjoy working closely with parents, teachers, and other care providers to make sure therapy is as effective and supportive as possible. I use a variety of well-researched therapy approaches to support children, teens, young adults, and families in building healthier coping skills and improving daily life. I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and behavior challenges.

I am from the east coast and love swimming and trying new restaurants. In our free time, my partner and I take our two rescue dogs, Mozzarella and Margherita, on long walks on local trails. I enjoy traveling to see new places and visit family and friends.
