I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the work I do. I truly value getting to know the individuals and families I work with, and I believe that feeling understood and connected can be an important part of healing.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in ways that feel practical and meaningful to them.
I enjoy working with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, and the challenges that can come with life transitions. I believe every person has strengths they can build on, and I feel honored to support clients as they grow, heal, and move toward the life they want for themselves.
Having grown up in Minneapolis, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the Twin Cities! Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy taking long walks with my rescue dog, Rue, spending time with friends and family, and getting lost in a good book.
