I am an empathetic, creative, and calm person who loves to connect with people. I especially enjoy working with elementary through high school aged youth who are experiencing stressors related to anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning, Autism, and low mood. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, I have a passion for sports-related psychology and assisting young athletes managing performance anxiety, returning from injury, and finding the balance between life, school, and extracurriculars.
I believe in meeting the client where they are at while taking on a person centered and strength based approach. My style often includes acceptance, mindfulness, and goal setting skills that the client can carry with them in their lives outside of the therapy room.
I was born and raised primarily in Minneapolis and am currently living in Saint Louis Park with my fiancé and our dog Scooter! I love being active and finding gratitude through movement. I also enjoy listening to a wide variety of music.
