As a therapist, my mission is to support and connect with clients so they can better understand themselves, their relationships and the world around them. I strive to create a safe and consistent therapeutic environment where clients feel encouraged and empowered to recognize patterns and make adjustments toward lasting change. I tend to draw from a relational lens, and combine this stance with evidence-based approaches to support children who may be struggling with anxiety, mood, life changes, behaviors, and symptoms associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I take a similar relational approach to life outside of therapy, typically spending most of my free time with friends and family. I also enjoy practicing yoga, baking sourdough, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time outdoors!
