I am a warm and direct therapist who creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I specialize in working with children and families navigating neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety. My approach is client-centered, relational, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when therapy meets people exactly where they are. I also enjoy helping family systems create new ways of interacting and communicating that break old patterns of behavior. I am deeply committed to neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed care, and I use approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I help clients work with their brains, not against them, and support families in building skills that strengthen connection, resilience, and healing.

I’m originally from Texas but have lived in Minnesota since 2014. I absolutely love winter, so Minnesota is the place to be! I currently reside in the south suburbs with my wife and our rescue dog Ruthie. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, playing board games, baking, exploring Minnesota trails, and crafting of any and all varieties.

  • As an AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) therapist, I’m passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming care that meets people where they are. I help children and adults build confidence in how their brains work and understanding it as a difference, not a deficit, and support families in better understanding neurodivergence. I enjoy working with neurodivergent parents or those raising neurodivergent kids. Parenting is the hardest job there is!
  • I often include sensory work in my sessions and promote the use of fidgets, crafts, and movement breaks.
  • I particularly enjoy working with young clients, especially in navigating the transition to and through middle school.
