I believe every person is the expert in their own life, and I use a thoughtful, often lighthearted approach to help them navigate challenges. Using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other effective strategies, I support individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, academic struggles, and other life challenges.
I was born and raised in Minnesota and appreciate everything it has to offer. I enjoy spending time with my wife and pets, playing golf, watching MN sports, listening to many different podcasts, and perfecting my grilling abilities.
