As a therapist, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with the children, teens, and families I work with. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and calming space where clients can navigate life's challenges and transitions openly and authentically. I center my work around each client's unique experiences and collaborate with clients and caregivers to create care that feels supportive, empowering, and personalized. I utilize evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and narrative therapy to support children and teens experiencing challenges due to anxiety, trauma, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time outside exploring Minnesota's lakes, trails, and parks. I also value creativity and connection, and enjoy crocheting, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
